Accounts Payable - German Speaking

Connect 44 are currently hiring for a Account Payable Accountant to join the team in Bern. 

Position: Account payable

Job Responsibility

• PO creation in the payment system
• PO acceptance in the payment system
• PO management                               
• All contractors expense report and coordination
• payment allocation management and yearly updated
• Supplier registration
• Invoice processing
• Financial documents archiving
• Trouble shooting for accounting issues

Key requirements:

• Language: German is a must, if not native speaker German level no less than B2; Fluent in English, Chinese is plus;
• Professional skill: good at Microsoft software operation, financial background is plus;
• Working background: experience in large company or institution, international is a plus;
