Quality and EHS Manager

Responsibilities

1.To guaranty the EHS ,  Quality of onsite operation  and Huawei process.
2.Training for subcontractor in terms of EHS & Quality of installation
3.To step up  the plan for the EHS & Quality management
4.To build all deliverable for the project in terms of EHS & Quality.
5.To build the check list of audit for the project according to Local standard and customer requirement.
6.Delivery field quality、subcontractor qualification(check the training qualification for related role) and EHS spot check;
7.Conduct batch spot check, output spot check report, trigger acceptance;
8.Track the issue improvement and loop close;
9.Conduct the process KCP inspection in project level, output QC Checklist;
10.Responsible for SOP adaptation in project, and push the SOP implementation.

Requirements

1. Have customer and subcontractor -facing work capabilities and strong promotion capabilities.
2.Strong field experience in EHS domain and also for PV SOLAR & BESS,
good communication and expression skills and understand customer need
3. Passionate, brave to accept challenges, strong ability to withstand pressure
4. To have all Certification and Habilitation need it for onsite operation.
5. Fluent French/English
6. Willing to travel according to project needs

Professional Experience

Proven a solid  experience in EHS & Quality domain in solar projects.
Solid Professional Knowledge in French regulation, EHS & Energy domain
Proven a solid  experience in PV & BESS Energy installation.
Proven a solid  experience in subcontractor management or resource management.
1, Deep understanding of end-to-end solar energy services from engineering, procurement, to construction, including designing the system, giving procurement details about the system, and installing it.
2,After delivering the functional solar system, perform regular checks and continuous maintenance to ensure solar system works at optimum efficiency.
3, Good understanding of project cost breakdown for E2E solar project in French market, y compris, mais pas seulement:
